- WhatsApp session metadata such as connected number labels, connection state, QR pairing status, webhook URLs, and operational health signals.
- Contact, group, campaign, and message metadata that you provide or import to send, personalize, queue, and measure WhatsApp communications.
- Usage and technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, log events, API request metadata, error details, and rate-limit signals.
- Payment and subscription data processed through our payment provider, including checkout identifiers, plan metadata, customer email, and webhook event status.
How We Use Data
- Provide the ChatSend dashboard, API authentication, WhatsApp session management, campaign sending, delivery tracking, and contact management features.
- Process subscription checkout, payment confirmation, renewal, cancellation, refund, and entitlement-related events.
- Protect the platform from abuse, spam, unauthorized access, credential misuse, and activity that may harm recipients or infrastructure.

Message and Contact Data
You control the recipient lists, contact fields, group data, message templates, campaign content, and media references you submit to ChatSend. We process that data to provide the service and to maintain operational records needed for delivery, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and compliance.
You are responsible for ensuring that recipients have consented to receive the messages you send and that your use of WhatsApp complies with applicable law, platform rules, and industry messaging standards.

- API keys and webhook secrets should be stored only in trusted server environments. Do not place them in browser bundles, public repositories, client-side analytics, or shared screenshots.
- No internet service can guarantee perfect security. If you believe your account, API key, webhook endpoint, or connected WhatsApp session has been compromised, contact us promptly and rotate affected credentials.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
